Job Description

As Marketing Activation Manager, you will be the marketing lead for the Irish market, responsible for the development and execution of the Ireland marketing plan. You will report directly to the UK&I Marketing Director, with a dotted line to the Ireland Country Manager, and work closely with the Irish commercial team to deliver market share and commercial goals. 

You will collaborate with UK and Global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while tailoring execution to the Irish market. You will also work with media, digital, and commercial partners to activate campaigns across our three power brands: L’OR, Tassimo, and Kenco. 

Responsibilities;

Marketing Planning & Execution 

  • Own & lead the execution of the Ireland Marketing Plan. 

  • Manage the Marketing Budget (A&P) including media planning across all platforms. 

  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure ROI and budget compliance. 

  • Support the development of the Ireland AOP, aligned with UK&I and global brand strategies. 

Brand & Portfolio Activation 

  • Coordinate portfolio deployment, range management, and product P&L tracking. 

  • Execute campaigns and ensure local brand consistency. 

  • Share key market insights and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. 

Digital & Media Coordination 

  • Manage media planning and liaise with local agencies and global teams. 

  • Adapt and implement digital creative assets for the Irish market. 

  • Oversee Digital Destination Delivery and support the Direct-to-Consumer/Online Business with marketing execution and reporting. 

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration 

  • Agency management across media, PR, and digital agencies. 

  • Coordinate with Consumer Relations and internal teams on consumer issues in Ireland. 

  • Represent the Irish market in relevant UK&I and global marketing forums. 

Bosch (BSH) Ireland Lead 

  • Lead the strategic relationship with Bosch (BSH) Ireland. 

  • Own the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with BSH. 

  • Manage monthly performance marketing reviews and reporting. 

  • Ensure strategic alignment and collaboration between BSH and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG. 

  • Experience in media planning, digital marketing, and campaign execution. 

  • Familiarity with online retail is desirable. 

  • Strong communication and influencing skills. 

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
